Mizuna has attractive dark green leaves on long white stems. You can use
Mizuna in salads or add to a stir-fry. It has a bitter peppery-like taste to it. Mizuna forms loose rosettes of attractive serrated leaves up to 20cm long. Ideal for growig as cut and come again salads, providing repeated harvests of young leaves over several months. Can be sown most months for harvests all year round! They prefer fertile soil and light shade.
