Better known as Baby’s Breath, Gypsophila Covent Garden is an elegant addition to beds, borders, and containers. It boasts lacy grey-green foliage and slim stems bearing small, delicate pure-white flowers from June to August. These blooms are a magnet for pollinators, enticing bees and butterflies into the garden.
Deadhead regularly during the growing season. If growing gypsophila for cut flowers, cut the longest stems possible, remove lower leaves and placing the stems immediately in a clean bucket of water.
